Testimonials

Dear Dr. Martin, It's been three years and I wanted you to see how Betty is thriving.    Who would believe a dog with gall bladder mucocele would still be with me and have the best quality of life.   When I met you in May of 2008,Betty's liver enzymes were over 700, I had her to 4 four veterinarians and $3,000 later I still had a very sick dog and was told if I didn't remove her gall bladder it would rupture by the end of the week and she would die a painful death. While I was in that animal hospital, I looked over to your side (Holistic) of the office and said to the vet who just gave me the awful news, what about Homeopathic?   He just shrugged his shoulders.   I went over to you and you said, I can't promise you anything, but I can give you quality of life.    I must admit, my husband thought it was hocus pocus, putting her on a "raw" diet, giving her probiotics, spirlina, maca and every other remedy you had to offer.    Although it took time, (patience is hard for me), in 3 months I started seeing a difference.  I remember I kept saying "let's do another blood test", you kept saying,  "just wait", "just wait".   All the record keeping and dialogue with you paid off.   Because here we are in 2011 and she goes on long walks, takes absolutely no medication and looks like a puppy.

I try to tell people it's the way to go, because you diagnose the animal by the dialogue that you have with their human.   I only wish you would move back to Florida.

I wish you all the best!
Sincerely
Angela

John Clyde is a draft horse cross that was having a successful career as a driving horse. I first met Johne Clyde when his owner called desperate to find a solution to John Clyde's chronic uveitis. Surgery to remove his eye was scheduled to take place in just 3 days. I told her I would be happy to see John Clyde but could make no promises. She cancelled his surgery and brought him to my clinic in Houston. After listening to his full medical history and performing a full exam, it was determined that the uveitis was related to a head injury suffered during a driving accident. I performed craniosacral therapy to help with the physical changes created by the injury and prescribed a homeopathic remedy to decrease the inflammation in his eye. I am happy to say that John Clyde kept his eye and was able to continue performing the job he loved.
